MC CATERING LTD enters its 12th year delivering professional quality catering services for thousands of customers in the North West.  Established in 1996, the company has a proven track record in the provision of innovative and quality cuisine to many clients and establishments.

Managing director Martin Coughlan holds a wealth of industry qualifications and experience, and has recently gained qualified teacher status. He teaches promising young chefs NVQ and national Diploma qualifications at one of the Northwest’s premier catering colleges.

The company’s executive chef, Christina Bowker has many years of industry experience, and learnt her trade at one of Manchester’s top hotels. Her experience and talent is invaluable in delivering quality, imaginative cuisine solutions to all mc catering limited clients and customers.
